I have an idea! Change the trigger! Make an end of League of Thunderload's plz (in 5.24)
**when all your abilities are on CD, your basic attack calls down lightning strike... **
the trigger is THIRD ATTACK in pre season 6 (fk third attack... 
and 
I don't want to see anymore of this)
some champs easily call down lightning strike
but this is not all in... fk these harass 
and so on
even ADC use thunderloards because high damage and THIRD ATTACK IS SO EASY
i dont think that to change the damages can end the meta
i want to see unique each players mastery build (if same champ!)
some problems:
•seal that before 6?
•count toggles? 
•stores? 
•rip 
other ideas: •the damages decrease on ranged champ •LAST SKILL (or basic attack) calls down lightning strike the end of ALL IN combo is AA... awkward?
