So about these Koggie buffs

So the AD/AS buffs actually seem like they might help. Cool. However, I want to talk about AP Kog, who has been a lot weaker after this patch. AP Kog is my favorite champion, but he feels so bad to play right now because you don't get a realistic powerspike at any point in the game that feels anything close to what the old spikes were. Feel free to disagree, but i feel AP Kog had 3 distinct spikes that gave him defined game phases.

level 3- you have all of your abilities, you can poke well with E, and your auto-trading is better than most other AP mids due to your W. You're still squishy, and can get bursted, but you can survive.

level 6- you have ult, hopefully a item 3070 and some AP to boot. If you're good at combos, you can EQR them out of lane pretty well, provided jungler gives you blue. You probably don't have too much kill pressure, but you can contribute well in dragon fights and hold your own.

level 11- You got item 3020 item 3285 and maybe a item 3136 . You have some juicy spellpen for mid game and awesome poke. If you have any semblance of a front line, and your jungler gave you blue, now you can carry pretty damn well, provided you can land your R's. Your poke is huge, your E does a ton of AOE, and you can snipe stragglers well. GG!

AND NOW!!!!!!!... now you cant do shit. Your W modifier which was the main reason you could survive trade-wise early is effectively gone due to the halving AD ratio and 40 mana cost. Your level 6 poke to begin asserting dominance in lane is gone because of increased initial mana cost, increased scaling mana cost, and increased debuff duration (for those who aren't familiar with kog, the scaling mana cost is a self-debuff that now lasts a crazy 10 seconds, effectively stopping all consistent poking). Additionally, your ult doesn't do a damn thing to people above half health, which makes poking even more useless than it was to start. Your only role is to snipe people with your ult once they get to low health, but chances are you'll never be able to because of 1- snowbally games means no late game, 2- increased AP costs means less items 3- your jungle graves didnt give you blue because you didn't do shit all game, and haven't done enough to deserve it, which is kinda fair.

Just change his ult back to the way it was, please. Right now, there is no reason to pick AP kog over any of the other poke champs in the game. Lux, Varus, Xerath, Ziggs, Nid, Jayce, Viktor, shit even corki do AP Kog's theoretical "role" better than he does. Rito please, revert Kog's ult. All the adc stuff you wana do with him is and his W fine and dandy, but ult poke into a QE burst into ult poke was the bread and butter of AP kog and now its more like year old cream cheese and moldy month old baguettes. Mana cost down, mana cost debuff back to 6 seconds. Make the AP ratio remain the same regardless of how much HP the target has and improve it substantially. Thus, AD Koggy would use his Ult as an execute to finish off fleeing foes where as AP Koggy would be able to use his as a fairly potent mid-game poking tool, thus differentiating Koggy's two main builds further.

I kinda like that under 25% damage tho.
