Will Riot implement BE champion sales?

Hey Riot! I was wondering if you will implement blue essence champion sales as I kinda struggle in the moment to enlarge my champion pool. I know this isn't a gamplay discussion but I didn't know how to change the subject :/. I just hope you will implement thiis tho...

No because that would be giving incentives to free to play players.

each time a new champion comes out they lower one of the older 6300 champs down to 4800.

there was one right at the beginning of the season. i got vayne and zed for 2400 BE each
