oh my gosh riot i've had it that's it EVERY TIME MY TEAM GETS A SILVER 4 WITH GOLD MMR THAT GOES 0/5 IN 8 MINUTES OR A BOT LANE THAT JUST FEEDS AND GOES 0/8 IN 10 MINUTES PLEASE RIOT WHY IS IT THAT GOLD PLAYERS STILL PLAY WITH PEOPLE THAT THEIR RANK IS IRON 4 PLEASE WHY IS IT THAT MY TEAM ALWAYS FEEDS AND THE ENEMY TEAM POPS OFF EVEN IF I GANK EVERY SINGLE LANE TWICE IN 10 MINUTES THEY STILL FEED

the game to me starts to look like if u solo queue you are going to lose because that's what happens to me

From what I can tell from your most recent match, you were queued with Silver 1's and Silver 2's, which isn't uncommon in gold and hasn't ever been to my knowledge. The Silver 1's were likely in their promos, meaning they were attempting to go into Gold 4 anyway. MMR isn't wholly based on rank, never has been. It has to do with how well Riot's algorithm determines you've been playing. Same goes for the opposite, if someone drops fast from Gold 1, they could end up playing with Bronze players.
