Yasuo- Way of the Wanderer (Passive) flow capacity increased by 40 ( lvl 1 up to 100 from 60). Is this considered a nerf? due to taking longer to build up his flow?

People need to learn. His Flow gain is based on a percentage.

%distance walked = %flow gain.

The distance required to walk will always be the same for flow gain.

Yasuo's flow builds at a 1 % increase every 46 units moved it will always increase at the same rate no matter what the numbers on it are. This is just a buff.

So the amount of flow is = to how much the shield absorbs?
