The nerf to exp rewards from early kills is a death sentence to many champions.

The decrease in exp for early game kills has a tremendous impact on the game that I don't think you guys quite understand. This is a game of skill. If I defeat my opponent early I EXPECT to be able to create enough of an advantage to be able to survive my lane and deny them theirs. It is their fault for playing sloppily to allow such an early kill.

This is the kind of principality that allows for kill lane champions to exist. Champions like Darius or Renekton REQUIRE that early advantage from skillful play to remain relevant as almost every other champion scales better than they do. If they cannot make the most of their strong early game kits then there really is no point playing anything else other than hyper carries that can farm and die a few times but become relevant later.

I really hope riot sees this and addresses it some way. I fail to see how this was a logical change other than to cater to casual play where everyone gets a second chance instead of being deservedly slaughtered for their missplays.

If you can't get an advantage with 300+ gold, some xp (from kill then the opportunity XP from you being near minion death and them definitely not), and denying them CS, then perhaps having more XP won't help you anyway.

They want you to have to tower in order to get them really behind

I'm kinda worried with jungle Shaco now. Probably going to suffer more than most champions.
