What about Rek'Sai

I recently started playing Rek'Sai and I noticed something that might make her better or kind of OP but just read this first. One game I was playing her Jungle and I used her ULT (Extremely fast movement to a tunnel she has placed) and I went strait under an enemy champion. After a second I thought to myself doesn't she have a dorsal fin sticking out of the ground and at that speed wouldn't that do damage to them. Its not like other champions don't have across the map ULT's , , so why not one more but you would have to strategically place your tunnels to do damage to the person you want to. it might be just used for stuff like stealing dragon or baron but still it would make sense. I was thinking It could scale off her fury and used it as she travels or when she uses it to hit someone while ULTing it could use it all up and then that way you don't lose it if you don't hit any people but if she has no fury while she hits them it dose no damage.
