Volibear AoE dash interrupt no skill shot vs Ahri single person skill shot dash interrupt taken away

Hey guys first time poster,

Just wanted to ask Riot to consider bringing back the dash interrupt on Ahri's Charm. I know they have some stuff planned for her but it's weird that to me that you take a champion with a low skill cap because one ability is home seeking, the ultimate is mostly home seeking, and the one area of outplay in her charm was removed long ago. To buff Volibear who is underplayed you give an AoE dash interrupt which has to be timed but is otherwise not a skill shot and can affect multiple people. Compared to the difficultly of landing an Ahri charm to interrupt dashes, and the fact it's a single target ability it feels like an unnecessary nerf that needs to be reverted with the direction League of Legends has gone towards.

Thanks for taking the time to read this if you did, please let me know if you think what I'm asking is too much or if there is an alternative to her charm you believe should work differently. I did a search to see if the charms from other champions can interrupt dashes but could not find much (Rakan ultimate and Evelyn E). If anyone has insight on if that does interrupt on those champions please chime in, the more examples we have to try to add some skill cap to this champion the better.
