What to fix specifically. ("Stop. Fix. Move Forward." Continued...)

I posted before (Stop. Fix. Move Forward.) about little problems with the game that need worked on, plus slowing down on advancements in more champs rather than fixing the ones you already have.

           Okay, to start Rengar needs a complete rework of his scaling, AD specifically but all round needs a nerf. For example, I have done every which possible way of building against as well as Rengar himself and the scale ratios blow assassins like Kha'Zix or Talon out of the water. I have added every which way build and play style and Rengar can not only surpass assassins AD but the HP of some tanks which is ridiculous. To be exact I was Kha'Zix in a game, full build in all with 594 AD, 49/39% Armor Pen, 104 Armor, 85 Magic Resistance, and roughly 2000 HP. With a build as the following: Sword of the Occult, Rav Hydra, Last Whisperer, Ghostblade, Ionian Boots, and Black Cleaver. 

           Now to show my reason for those details... Rengar had the following: 587 AD, 194 Armor, 185 Magic Resistance, and roughly 3900 HP. Build as follows: Rav Hydra, Sunfire Cape, Randuins Omen, Merc Treds, Spirit Visage, and a Maw. So please, please explain how a Rengar with 2 AD Items can match a full AD assassin Kha'Zix build WITH a fully fed Sword of the Occult and beat him in damage... Nerf Rengar's scale ad for god's sake! 

          Anyway... moving on. Akali, oh Akali, Akali, Akali... what were you guys thinking? "Lets give a passive that gives spell vamp to a burst assassin mage who's known for being tanky as hell, doing the most damage, and never dies, fair enough right?" Wrong! I'm not the only witness to attest that Akali is overpowered even when shut down all it takes is a couple assists to catch up then carry any game practically, I mean come on Riot, you guys need to rework Akali. Ratios not so much as abilities in general, especially the passive. Her orb needs a rework as well, vision, slow, reduced armor, and she can hide in it in the middle of a fight and that's completely unfair, make some tweeks please. Specifics on Akali I don't have more than that for now, I'm still running through the math of her ratios with items in every way so I don't miss anything, I'll post another soon.
