Morgana is a good choice. You can play her mid and support. Rarely banned. Fits in any team comp

Twisted Fate probably. Not the flashiest kit, but it does the job without being overbearing.

Twisted Fate is not mechanically hard to use (one skillshot), but he makes you check that it's a good time to engage. You want to check that your E passive is up, that your Stun is selected, that it's actually a good idea to teleport somewhere, etc. He forces you to become a better player, while not being mechanically difficult.

kled. if you want to go ham you can go ham. if you never went ham before you can go ham and be rewarded for it. if you are bored with league play kled and go as ham as ham can go

I dont know what lane you prefer, but I can give two recommendations for both mid and bot lanes. For mid lane, I would get Ahri. She has good range poke and burst damage, 3 dashes plus a flash to reposition yourself, and is an excellent kiting champ if used properly. She's all around a safe pick for solo queue. For bot lane, I would recommend playing Jhin. All I can say about him is that he's a fun champ to play in bot compared to other adc champs. Xayah's cool but she's not doing well right now.
