Nautilus is disgustingly broken
Honestly this champ needs to be gutted. I'm not even going into detail, its just a fact that hes fucked beyond belief.
Hotfix this shit riot, mana nerfs aren't nearly enough.

Any champions played in capable hands will be broken for you. Its all a matter of skills. Even the no skills champs will be easy to beat if the one playing them cannot handle the opponent skills.

Naut can be a little oppresive, and his ult lacks countplay beyond buying a zhonyas.
But he is far from "Disgustingly Broken"....
