Hello Riot,

I was in a ranked que one day and chose fill, as all of you guy know, fill is literally another name for support, so I was frustrated [zombie-brand-mindblown] that whenever I went fill, I always got support. I love support don't get me wrong, but I don't like it as much as I like the other lanes. So, I was thinking that maybe you can add a role that Is just like fill but does not involve sup. Thank You for Reading Please Upvote For support. The Good Kind of one. [slayer-jinx-wink]

Your best hope for this situation is for pro players to come up with a new role, other than that, unless they design a new competitive map, your screams are going unanswered. When the Meta was established not even rito could change it.

If you want you can go and complain in the other thread that is going on right now.

However this is one of the rare instances where Riot is not completely at fault. The community is as much to blame for the lack of supports in this game. The system is trying to fill up games faster, people already complain about queue times too much, and what is needed 9 times out of 10 is support.

The thing I don't understand is support is such a versatile role, you can take many of them into a top/mid solo lane. You would not need to learn a new champion, and playing support successfully is a lot more difficult than laning alone is. When I don't feel like playing support, I don't pick it. It's the only solution available right now and that won't change.

Riot isn't going to make queue times longer by excluding supports from the fill option. What might alleviate the queue times is a meaningful support update at the end of the season.

I play many other games and the support role is usually the least popular, but it's not nearly as tiny as it is on League, or as undervalued.
