Please Rework Fiddlesticks!
Fiddlesticks is a great character concept with a unique kit that makes him stand out from other champions. He was my very first main when I started league because he looked so menacing (also he was on free rotation). Unfortunately, Riot doesn't seem to know what to do with him. He's not the same champion that he used to be due to all the reworks and buffs other champions have gotten. Fiddlesticks can still be played with a lot of success, but he's just so underwhelming and doesn't have much of a place in Summoner's Rift anymore.
Fiddlesticks is primarily a jungler with decent sustain and his ultimate gives him really nice ganking capabilities. However, this totally hinges on him being undisturbed in jungle until level 6. He is so easy to counter and once one of his abilities are on CD, it doesn't matter which, he's dead. If anyone contests his jungle there's not much that can be done about it except having teammates help or jungle what's remaining.
This is the biggest issue with Fiddlesticks in my opinion: his abilities hinge on each other to have any effect. Normally this isn't a bad thing because it gives champions a skill cap and different combos to work with like Riven. Fiddlesticks is another story though, he's so dependent on positioning and the conditions being right that it takes away his ability to solo lane/jg. His fear is the only thing that can keep champions in range to attack. His E does no damage unless he gets close enough to drain, but the drain is easily kited and broken. With the amount of CC in the game, it's a miracle if you get through the entire duration of drain. Not only that but the drain barely heals for anything unless you have a nice lead and blow the enemies CC. Without drain his E is so unpredictable in what it targets. I can't explain my frustration when I cast E at a minion to kill an enemy at 10 hp and it bounces to the every minion around the champion. Champion priority on the E would be nice. Not to mention the silence on the E isn't long enough to stop someone from casting their spells, it really only functions to break channels like rammus Q, lucian and MF ultimate - making fiddles more suitable to be a support than anything. Even when E is bouncing between just two people, if they button mash they can cast their spells with just a slight delay.
I'm not asking for a lot. I just want to be able to play Fiddlesticks as something other than a CC support. He's still a great champion, I love him, but his abilities are underwhelming and watered down versions of what they should be. As much as I love his design and his kit, I think he is in desperate need of a rework.
