Chinese server buff not available in LOL Official?????

Please enable earth mode (rapid-fire). Why are the Chinese allowed to use earth mode on their servers, while we are not?

Please, don't make this a fourth-only thing. That's bs. The announcement read "future for permanent release". Why con us out of the freedom to travel, play as we please, and choose a new map or mode?
