Can we have LeBlanc's be unable to return to her W's initial position after using her ult?
What I mean is if 
uses her W, and then uses her R, the original position is overwritten by her ulti's, making her unable to return to her W. Thoughts?

Honestly, I highly disagree with you.
Leblanc's power comes from her ability to burst down carries 100-0. The identity in her kit is her trickster/juking playstyle.
Although I agree she needs to be nerfed, I strongly disagree in nerfing the identity in her kit. Do this change, and she will become one stop closer to being your average boring low depth champion.
I personally believe Leblanc must be nerfed in damage values, while giving her stronger identity in her kit.
This is just how riots champion design philosophies are currently geared, Just look at Certainly T; all champions that have very in depth kits. Weather or not you like him as a designer, there is no doubt that he currently conforms to the champion design philosophy of a majority of riots creations.
Nerf the champion, not there identity.
