on my computer my mouse doesn't work but touching the screen does?

How did Riot know I have a touchscreen laptop?? It only seems to work when I use the touch screen. Nothing happens if I use the mouse.

Try to play it in another browser, for me in Chrome I can only use touchscreen, but in Edge it works OK.

My game isnt loading it seems, nothing happens when I click the icon that is supposed to drop minions into the pot. The backround is half loaded, half of it is loaded on the right side, the left side is just blurred red-ish colors... Tell me what is happpening.
