Champion Select

Is their ever gonna be some type of monitoring during champ select? In many cases i'd rather dodge than play with trolls or people who don't state where they are going(even if you ask nicely) causing lane confusion during champion select. You really cant do much if your stuck with those players, but dodge or play the game...and end up losing because of confussion. The reporting doesn't happen until you either lose the game or the other team is just worst than yours.
