his ultimate rips through and punishes grouped up players. its quite deadly.
i cant help you land his skill shots, but should you start landing them, you'll see his damage is fine.

personally i go for grail -> morello when i want to heavily rely on poke damage and siegeing, but usually its the ^^^ build.

Stars Shaper1 votesTrue that. But it's a rather complex formula and Ap and AD numbers are quite different, Fiora also has to be in melee range for that while Vel'koz has an easier time applying it.

Yeah because they're kits are so similar....your comparison has no use, vel is in a great spot still. If anything give him a couple points in move speed but that isn't even necessary
