Redemption negating new Urgot ult

So I just watched a highlight of a Jax stunning the Urgot after being pulled in by his R and it negated the ultimate obviously as it should. My thought here and question is if the Urgot Ultimate goes off and someone is able to cast their item 3107 to put the ally champions health over the execution threshold would it stop the execute or does the damage still go through as an execute? Please everyone weigh in on this because I think this could be yet another fantastic application for item 3107

untargetable is basically dodge mode. so no. it shouldnt work in my opinion. because soraka could be used to prevent it and sona and locket of the iron solari... the list goes on and on.

No, the target going above the threshold will not save the target.

Target going above threshold will not save the target. However, if the target is inside Kindred's ult before the four seconds is up, then the target will live. Urgot's ult basically does 999999 true damage to the target. Obviously Kindred's ult negates this as living creatures are not allowed to drop below 10%HP under any circumstance.
