How to Get Teammates To Listen To You

So i'm on tilt to the point where i start believing in Elo Hell.

I mean my friends in like the higher elos say i should be able to get s3. Well now g5 because i can 1v1 them with a free week champ against a champ they can play somewhat with them counterpicking

If i get placed anything lower than that i should be able to get out quick.

1 month past...

Somehow my mmr was way worse than last month.

Why? See its this thing where " I know what I'm doing"

Teamcomps. Objective control. Decision making.

Heres the thing. When i tell my teammates to back off. Like i would get some bs like this.

I tell my mis laner to go away from the yasuo. They did this instead.

" oh. Yasuo is low. I need to be careful though. So *I'm just going to try and go straight, and see if i get hit or not with his tornado." RESULTS:she dies and looses two waves of minions.

She wonders why i wont give blue.

Lost top lane against a renekton to the point where they keep tower diving me. Tell my jungler to not come. Volibear replys with this.

"Oh the enemy shaco is low. Maybe i can get him and beat him up without the renekton right across from him noticing."

This is my team one time killing the jungler,mid,and top laner near baron pit. I ping to take the baron. They reply

"I think bot turrent is better to take." They trust the support, and not the guy whos 11/2. Somehow all these people were s4 and higher. While i was b2.

Asking politly to get a top lane tank. Top laner responds with instalocking yasuo and goes 3/7.

Tell my team to go for the kog maw when i dive in. They all go for the alistar.

When i go for the tank however, they ask "why did you do that"

Tell my team to back off from lane because i saw jungler. Lux decides to go towards the enemy tower and dies. Then blames me for dying. Wonders why i dont gank theur lane again.

Somehkw got put with support even though i put it as secondary while my friend put it as primary. Asked if anyome could change roles. Wonders why i was doing bad. When jungler is sht talking you because he doesnt know the basics of how to jungle. As in he only jungle farmed and didnt even push out waves. I also tell him to go for ezreal. But he decides to filp a trundle or barum.

Mf misses ult. Blames me for dying. MF keeps going into a fight first even thoughi toldher to stay behind taric. Wonders how we lost the teamfight. Wonders i yell at them.

Me going in for adc. Team stands still or fights the tank.

Me going for anyone low including tanks. Team wonders why i would do taht while standing still.

Zac dies in enemy jg 5 times. Told him not to do it and then does it again. Wonders why i kept yelling at him.
