Ranked (solo/duo)

Is it me or are these ranked solo/duos getting a little difficult in match making? I'm far from great but Ill go from silver to bronze in days. No matter if i go 23 and 5 and lose. Or 0 and 10 and win. Over and over again I have to deal with trolls and players who can only do one role and if they dont get they feed. We have normals and team builder to practice and get better. which i did till i was comfortable to try ranked..Now im hooked. I just hope riot can create a better match making system. Not from behavior but skill.. If raging at someone cause you are carrying and they cant play is punishable then make it easy for ppl to have a better matching.. thought opinions are all I ask. it would be great to see if this could be fixed some how.
