She has the highest win rate and pick rate mid lane at the moment.

She's nearing 55% win rate and 13% pick rate how is this acceptable?

I'd guess that her lack of burst, lack of easy to hit hard CC, and complete lack of mobility make her considerably less annoying to face than someone like Ahri, who has all of the above.

Well, i play Cass now and then.

I can tell you that it requires more knowledge, her kit has no gap closers, or bears an overwhelming toxic design. It actually preserves part of the original design (kind of) and she's an amazing late mage. The extra ap slot helps into that.

and lets face it there are far more important problem to worry about, such as akali, or the fact top meta is lol, and adc are pretty none existant.
