I was very toxic during the summer, and got a 14 day ban on my account. However, this was back in july, and I am STILL honor 0. I have not been chat restricted since, So I don't understand what's stalling my progression. I get honored regularly in games, and I am STILL honor 0. Rito pls why is this happening to me.

The system is actually pretty smart and is looking for actual reform, not just avoiding punishment. If you're still doing a lot of borderline toxic stuff, even if you never quite cross the line into punishment territory, you won't make much if any progress.

It simply takes time. I think that the best thing is to minimize the player interaction. You only talk to them for the most important things in game.
