negligent people

good, would expose my dismay, the recent experience in qualifying, how is it possible that there are people who simply do a "fun" while a complete waste of time and stress. You talk a lot of good behavior and companionship, but tell if it's fun to have one or two people do what they want in a qualifier, just for doing wrong ... it's no fun such people. but best of all is that if one "insults" immediately they ban the chat, how easy it not ?, and negligent about people ?.
