So i have been picking up Ezreal recently and this is the only thing that confuses me right now. It seems Triforce should be what I get most of the time but if there is alot of mobility on there team, I will get ICG so how do you know which one to choose?

TF has more single target damage. IG has more AoE. TF speeds you up, while IG slows them down. TF has more damage in general, while IG has more defense.
if you want TF, but are worried about their mobility you could get another slow, like Gunblade.
Drunk Rummate1 votesIBG lets you kite better, gives you slightly better waveclear. It's a really good pickup into an all AD composition or an AD assassin mid on the other team. It also grants a little CDR. Use this if you're playing more of a caster style with fewer auto attacks.
Trinity cuts your waveclear a bit for a little more single target damage and movespeed. It also gives you the crit chance and attack speed. Use this if you're auto attacking more.
