Players Using Old Splash Arts in game?
So I was watching Redmercy's journey to masters video and he came across a shaco player who was using the old Nutcracko splash art and had these lines or something on his skin. I was wondering what that is and how he's able to use an old splash art. I've never seen anything like that before and really liked the old splash art myself. Does anyone know what those lines mean?
