Lissandra passive changes?

I remember reading a few days ago something a Rioter said about changes to Lissandra's passive, is there any word on when that might be? Or if it's even still something you guys are looking at? I personally think her current passive is a bit lackluster and could do with a touch-up. It'd be great to hear what you guys have to say, thanks~

Id love to see her ultimate able to target allies.

If I recall correctly, the passive idea they had was scrapped. They will like to give it another shot but as of right now there is no work for a new passive.
