I don't get why they had to remove team builder in order to implement dynamic queue for ranked :/

Because Riot sees Team Builder as a worse version of Dynamic Queue, with both serving the same purpose. They implemented DQ because they thought it would be an improvement, but it's actually much MUCH worse. Now that they've already sunk so many resources into DQ they're pretty much stuck with it.

There is a winner and a loser in every mode of League. It's all competitive. Why do you sheep who make your own rules not understand that?
Just play normal draft. Same thing mostly but without pretentious assholes being able to kick you because they don't like your pick.
Added bonus that cancerous champions get banned out, so it's twice as good an experience as team builder ever was.
The removing TB was the most pissed I've ever been at Riot. I'm just waiting for another MOBA to do something competent and I'm gone.
