Iunno, just haven't played regular URF in so long, kinda enjoyed the days where you had personal choice.

"I want to pick my champion"

"I don't want to see the same 20 champions in all of my games"

Solution - Client looks at everyone's match history and bans their last 3 champions played for everyone in the game. There can be anywhere from 3 to 30 bans in each game depending on how many people pick the same champions. This means that everyone has to cycle through at least 4 champions of their choice and limits the number of times that we can see things like Ezreal or Zed.

The game would also be blind picked meaning that no one can complain that their opponent had stronger champions because they had the same champion options.

Because they lose too many players after URF.

The devs feel like the randomness is healthy for the game mode overall and produces the most fun experience for everybody. When you get to pick your champ, most people play the strongest and most abuse-able champions rather than their favorites.

because you'd see the same 10 strongest god tier champions every single game, oh you picked a random champion to experiment? prepare to get curbstomped by the opponent who all pick god tier URF picks GG EZ

I really am getting sick of losing the game during the loading screen.

If we can bring regular URF back I would be all for it.

According to Riot, regular URF causes them to actually lose players. To remedy this, they've been trying different iterations to see what happens.

So it seems like the growing consensus is that Riot doesn't do regular URF because once it goes out of rotation people quit because the regular SR is boring.

Lol, well leave it to Tencent to manipulate the fun for money.

The only people who'd be against having Regular URF and ARURF as permanent game modes sound like they either work for Riot/Tencent, or they apologize for them. Shame really, but oh well, money makes the world go round [zombie-brand-clap]

arurf is shit. end of story ..... it is only about luck. u get good champs that actually can spam u win. if not it is one sided. The same goes for the cases when u get a champion that u never played before vs one that u have some experience on. it is painful to play this game mode just to finish some damn missions

As a Morde player i don't enjoy urf. He doesn't synergize with the game mode.

What happens in URF is they find the champs that are the Most broken and those are ones played. No variety just the same cancer game after game.

Riot doesn't like that aspect of normal Urf and thus you will never see normal urf again.

Too be honest the time it takes to kill a person in urf vs sr is about the same. How sad is that.

lol i love how riot says that random is more fun because removing peoples ability to choose is always the way to make things more fun (said no correct person ever). super cow swag is completely right, being shafted with some champ who sucks or even one that is good but that you dont want to use is not going to produce more fun than playing a champ you actually like regardless of what anyone else is playing.
