Ashe's Q and Hurricanes mechanics
Why don't Ashe's Q works like Caits passive? they're both based on hitting with auto attacks so why one can be proced by Hurricane and other can't?

i think theres something in the wording, like after ashes 4th auto attack in X time frame. vs every 8th stack.... some nonsense like that.
id read the wiki. but its probably intended as is.
