Disconnecting every 5 minutes

For the past year or so, I haven't been able to play a single game without having 10-20 second disconnections every 5 minutes or so. It happens especially when team fights arise but also just happens randomly. My wifi doesn't shut down when I disconnect so it's most likely the apps problem. Usually, my screen shows the champions moving around normally, but don't show the spells and health bars and stuff, while I stand still. Afterwards, the bar on top displays the "Attempting to Reconnect" sign for approx. 20 secs until I can resume the game. I don't want to remain in a low elo because of this and I don't want my friends to stop playing with me because of this issue either. Please help!!!!!

Check your internet when it happens, its likely something on your end and not riots.

I have. I checked my Ethernet, my hardware, my software, my ISP, those things and I the problem only occurs in games like CSGO, League, etc.
