Honor Orbs&Level Up Capsules

Almost most of us already have the complete champions yet we keep getting champion shards instead of skin shards. This is a sad situation for us to live every time. Feel like YAAAY ! I won something!! and then Oh sh** it is another champ shard that is useless :'( I have almost 80K blue Essences and still piling up. if you do not like to give out skin shards perhaps you give us; ward shards and emotes instead of them? We really would be actually happy then and feel like winning something that is worthy. (the ones that feel the same pls +rep this title so rioters may think more positively to change reward system for good)
