(Case Miss Fortune) Stop removing SKILLCAP on champions, just nerf their number

Mobile Cheese··1 votes·934 views

Miss Fortune fires a shot at an enemy target which deals 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+0.85 per attack damage) (+35% of ability power) physical damage before bouncing through her target to an enemy behind it, dealing 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+1.0 per attack damage) (+50% of ability power) physical damage.

If the first hit kills an enemy unit, the second hit deals 150% damage instead. Both hits apply on-hit effects.

Now : 60ad: first target -> 20+60*0.85+0 => 71damage second target -> 40+60*1+0 => 100damage on kill bounce -> (40+60*1+0) *1.5 => 150damage

110ad: first target -> 50+110*0.85+0 => 143.5damage (144) second target -> 100+110*1+0 => 210damage on kill bounce -> (100+110*1+0)*1.5 => 315damage

230ad : first target -> 80+230*0.85+0 => 275.5damage (276) second target -> 160+230*1+0 => 390damage on kill bounce -> (160+230*1+0) *1.5 => 585damage Case 1 (from surrender at 20) : removing bonus damage on kill bounce (kill skillcap) 60ad : first target -> 20+60*0.85+0 => 71damage second target -> 40+60*1+0 => 100damage

110ad: first target -> 50+110*0.85+0 => 143.5damage (144) second target -> 100+110*1+0 => 210damage

230ad : first target -> 80+230*0.85+0 => 275.5damage (276) second target -> 160+230*1+0 => 390damage

Skilled player nerfed 50%damage, while bad MF DIDNT RECEIVE ANY NERF

Case 2: reward skilled player first target : 18/31/44/57/70 (+0.65 per attack damage) (+35% of ability power) [[ the NERF: -2/-4/-6/-8/-10 , -0.2per attack]] second target : 28/56/84/112/140 (+0.7 per attack) (+50%of ability power) [[ the NERF: -12/-14/-16/-18/-20 , -0.3per attack]] on kill bounce : +80% damage [[ the BUFF : +30% damage]] 60ad : first target -> 18+60*0.65+0 => 57 [[[nerfed 14 damage ( -19.7%damage )]]] second target -> 28+60*0.7+0 => 70 [[[nerfed 30damage (-30%damage)]]] on kill bounce -> (28+60*0.7+0)*1.8 => 126 [[[nerfed 24damage (-16% damage]]]

110ad: first target -> 44+110*0.65+0 => 115.5 (116) [[[nerfed 28damage (-19.4%damage)]]] second target -> 84+110*0.7+0 =>161 [[[nerfed 49damage (-23.3%damage)]]] on kill bounce ->(84+110*0.7+0)*1.8 => 289.8 (290) [[[nerfed 25damage (-7.9%damage)]]]

230ad: first target -> 70+230\*0.65+0 =>219.5 (220) [[[nerfed 56 damage (-20.2%damage)]]]
           second target -> 140+230\*0.7+0=>301  [[[nerfed 89 damage (-22.8%damage)]]]
           on kill bounce -> (140+230\*0.7+0)\*1.8=>541.8 (542) [[[nerfed 43damage (-7.3%damage)]]]

Any bad players get ~20%damage nerf on q while pros get ~10%damage nerf on q . Number can still be tuned. No credit needed if you decide to use this method . //////////////////////////////////////////////rant//////////////////////////////////////////// I am not an extreme pro on balance or gaming but f*** this , can't you just keep those skillcap and kill bad player damage? JUST F***ING FIRE THE BALANCE TEAM ALREADY (no ham intended.) Clearly I am not an expert on balance but at least I know what I am doing . Guts damage , still rewarding for skilled player ,I MISS OLD BALANCE TEAM. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////end rant/////////////////////////////////////////

I dont play MF at all. But i play nasus, urgot, mundo, jhin, ryze, veigar, gangplank

Its not hard to last hit with a Q. If anything, the skill lies in simply trying to hit the enemy champion. But even that is simplified by prioritizing enemy champions behind the unit and enemies marked by her passive which is easy to set up.

MF's Q bounce prioritizes units directly behind, meaning closer to the center of the bounce cone, but only prioritizes champions if they are marked by her passive, which means that she's losing out on (50~100% AD) damage, even more if the double up is critting.

The second shot follows a priority order on targets within 500 units of the primary one: Enemy champions in a 40º cone marked by Love Tap. Enemy or neutral units within a 20º cone. Enemy champions within a 20º cone. <----- Is below minions Enemy or neutral units within a 40º cone. Enemy champions within a 40º cone. Enemy or neutral units within a 110º cone. Enemy or neutral units within 150 units in a 160º cone. Source: http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Miss_Fortune

You shouldnt lose the love tap damage as long as you AA a minion before you AA them to mark them for Q. You just get it earlier instead of relying on Q for the love tap damage.

Like i mentioned though. I dont play Miss Fortune but i do play jhin whos Q is a similar ability model (requires a kill for bonus damage, bounces between targets randomly) so i figured i had some insight from what i knew of her ability and from playing against it, it seems a bit easy to proc.

The most recent pbe patch redid the changes, instead going with, second bounce no longer deals more than the first, unless the first is killed, in which case it critically strikes, including critical damage modifiers.

Nah I think the change makes sense, lore wise.

It might be "dumbing down" the champion but lets face it... MF as a character never gave off a very intellectual vibe, and the play style should reflect this.

I mean, it completely suits her character for players to look at her and go...

"Big boobs? Big Ult? I'll take it... I guess I'll just run around and spam E and R to win..."

Just look at the splash art. Does this LOOK like its going to be a champ that's going to take a high skill cap to play?

The whole "Press R to Win" thing makes a lot more sense lore-wise. She's all about having the big guns (in every meaning of the word). The whole press Q to a near dead minion to chunk most of the other guy's health..... that stuff is better reserved for someone more subtle, tactical, and disciplined like a Zed or something.

MF?

Not the most intellectual of champs, her face pretty much says so...

Lets just keep her simple, but flamboyant and OP (in an obvious, Press R to Win sort of way), slightly obnoxious, flaunty, and powerful especially against less brainy players (like the ones who will stay in her Ult or not factor in her Ult when hard engaging etc).
