5/18 PBE Update
Personally (as a wanna be Jinx main) I really don't care; her late game isn't nerfed and she can still be a good comeback champion, so to everyone who wanted a Jinx nerf there you go.

Her mid-game becomes a lot worse. This is a seriously good nerf because it makes a comeback harder - something she relies on when behind.
