Possible WW rework hint in game?

Okay I'm gonna put this here, has anyone else while playing Summoners Rift heard a deep voice talking occasionally when you kill someone or chase someone? Me and my friend think it's a hint to Warwick's rework kinda like how when Kindred was hinted an icon would randomly appear on peoples heads.

No Kindred was in either game and it sounded like the voice said "Let them run." then laughed which is closer to Warwick's "It's only fun if they run." I haven't seen anyone post about it but then again a lot of people play league on mute not sure why. Anyway this could be a hint towards a rework we are missing.
