Poppy Why is riot targeting poppy? They already messed up with VeigarVeigar and kassadinKassadin . They said

"There are a lot of factors that lead to a champion’s buff/nerf, but usually it is when:

-A champion has a ridiculously high/low winrate for no reason. -When we realize that our champion design was flawed -When it is dominating competitive games excessively" Yet poppy's winrate was always around 50% which is ideal. Also they said "Poppy’s skillset makes her a champion that should NEVER get farmed. If Poppy becomes fotm after a VU we might even need to nerf her. A sion-level remake is planned for Poppy." It make no sense, poppy is the champion that is not easy to get farmed with, she is supposed to be a challenge, big risk, with big reward. On top lane poppy almost counters nobody which make balance with her teamfight possitioning OP skillset In jungle she is almost always underleveled because of her slow camp clear(no aoe spells to help her clear faster) that is well ballanced with her OP skillset

In my opinion she is champion that will have low chance of getting farmed, but if she do she will stomp in fights, and i think it goes well as reward for farming up with champion that is difficult to farm up.

I dont understand why does riot targets those champions like Poppy orVeigar that had winrate around 50% since they were created under excuse that they have no counterplay(simple counterplay for veigar was item 3140 ,summoner 1 or even tenecity, it would make his w rly hard to hit, while against poppy simple counterplay of bullying her early game would prove to be really succesfull) and leaving champs that struggle with winrate under 40% such asElise Kassadin Azir Zilean or even those that are constantly over 50% such as Vi or Blitzcrank

Veigar being reworked has nothing to do with Poppy's rework. Remember Sion? Remember when they took the least popular champion minus Urgot and turned him into one of the funnest champs in the game with proper counterplay and a fun and rewarding play style? That's what they want to do with Poppy.

Plus, Win Rates have NOTHING to do with why Poppy needs to be reworked. I agree that to shut down a Poppy you need to focus on when she's not strong. But if a game goes on long enough Poppy WILL get to that point. And when she's at that point? What are you gonna do when she ults and kills your carries while your Soraka throws bananas at her. As a Poppy player, like, Poppy is one of my favorite champions, and I'm gonna miss her kit, but at the same time I'm ready for it to be gone. It's not a healthy gameplay style.

Azir, Kassadin, and Zilean are bad examples by the way. They were undertuned in their nerfs (in Zil's case, rework) and all 3 of them just got buffs to bring them back up to par. Like. Yesterday.

Vi's kit is fine, she just needs number changes. And Blitz is just fine in general, at worst he needs some minor nerfs, not a rework.

Elise is in a bad spot I agree, but at least she isn't broken.

Poppy's kit is overpowered; it's the reason she's so gated early on. Riot keeps her this way while they finish the rework. Her ultimate and passive are simply too powerful and lack counterplay.

-When we realize that our champion design was flawed You literally fucking typed it out.
