Vladimir pool (w) should go through terrain

I have a friend who is a main, and though he loves to go to catch up to Champions (because he had no mobility, besides a slight increase in his pool that decays very fast) he's forced to take because so many Champions have dashes that can go through walls. I propose that Riot adds the ability to go through terrain in his pool. The pool itself isn't on a short cooldown, 8.4 seconds at max cdr.
