Zoe is just too balanced, they nerfed Evelynn because "HER BURST WAS TOO HIGH" <-- Damn I agree and what did they nerf for her? Q cdr??????? is pretty much the same at level 9??????? Her burst is not high?????? [sg-zephyr]

eve is an assassin mage that has an easier time landing that burst because wards don't help when fighting her. zoe is a burst mage with one damaging ability that doesn't really hurt unless she lands e which has meh range and gets blocked by minions.

If she lands it over a wall, that means you didn't ward. If she lands it from too far away even ulting in wont give her the range to land q.
