Troll pick what you have to do?
What you can report there are some guys trolled picked like 2 jungle or 2 mid, and what will they get after reported?

Playing something unusual while trying to win is not "trolling" and not punishable. I always advise trying to get team buy-in, but if two people are happy sharing midlane in a Ranked match that's not punishable by itself.
If someone "steals" a lane against pick order it's arguable. File a report post-game, and you can open a Support ticket if you think they need personal attention or you dodged.
You can win with anything in ranked. Going against the meta is the best way to win haha. Played with sion mid, brand jung, and blitz top... in gold 1.. and still won against a meta team. Sometimes trolling just works.
