New dragon map accents need to have an on/off setting

The new dragon map accents are too intrusive and wash out the color of the map. It is incredibly distracting and I absolutely hate it and it ruins the match for me. I absolutely dread seeing the third elemental drake animation swallow my map/screen and make the game look awful. I do not want to see it, it disrupts my vision and makes the game harder than it needs to be for me.
