Could we possibly get a mastery mute, or have it included in emote muting?

I get that the mastery system was created to give people a quantifiable goal to get to with their favorite champs, and I get that the in-game mastery flash is supposed to be a reward for getting that far with their champs. But it's weird to me that there's no way to mute it, especially when the only time I actually ever see it used is in various flavors of bm as a substitute for actually verbally insulting someone; did you get a successful gank off, regardless of whether you actually participated very much in it? Flash mastery. Solo kill your laner? Flash mastery. Someone ask you to stop flashing mastery? Why, flash mastery, of course. Yeah I acknowledge that this is coming from a salty perspective, but it actually gives me headaches to play against people who spam mastery, because they're acting like they're better than they are. Not only that, but they're trying to express in no uncertain terms - without actually saying it so that it's not in chat logs - that they're better than the other person, or that the other person is bad. I don't think I'm being unreasonable when I talk about this, because it's not like I want it gutted - I don't care if someone spams mastery to themselves, I just want a button I can push to stop having to see it.
