Standardize Pick Order For Ranked

With ability to pick primary and secondary role I feel it would be fair to have a standard pick order now. Being that both teams have the same pick order I believe it would be more fair for if one role gets to counter pick from one team and then vise versa. Near nobody cooperates to trade. When one team gets the order of Mid>Top>Bot>Support>Jungle and the other team gets Jungle>Support>Bot>Top>Mid, the second mentioned team has a pretty good advantage before the game even starts.. let me know what you think, thanks.
