Yes. CS is the single most important stat for getting a good grade and KDA is next. It's unclear what, if anything, is next. If you have good stats for those two, your grade will be an S regardless of everything else. If your stats for one of those is low, it's very unlikely you'll get an S.

Hotarµ3 votesYou need to CS and ward more. Champion ranks are based on your performance compared to other players on that champion in the same role.
In a 30+ minute game, you should have (on average) somewhere in the range of atleast 150-250+ CS. For wards, you should have somewhere above 20-40+.
Your kill participation is great, as long as you keep that up and focus on those other areas of play you should have no problem getting an S or S+.

Not gonna argue with results, in Bronze norms. EVERYBODY always wants to tell you what to build on Garen.
if you're asking...You normally wouldn't make a Thornmail AND a Randuin's. Of the two, for this match, probably the Thornmail for Fiora, and skip Randuin's because, enemy has no crit. If you felt that the Randuin's active could have been more impactful (you took TP after all), then you could have picked that one. Instead, especially since you were building this way anyway.... so take the Deadman's Plate. At the moment, it's probably Garen most core item, even more than Black Cleaver.
It is unusual that players in your MMR ward as well as you do (and probably other skills that aren't as easy to see from stats). Your account was ranked in Season 5 and 6, yet only level 39. You must have taken a hiatus, and inadvertently slightly smurfing. Or else you actually do have other accounts.
Proccing Cheap Shot for 1000 Damage, another 2600 from Grasp, nice job maxxing out damage from a tank build.

it is really nice advice thanks owo, i choose randuins for the health, armor and the slow since ezreal and warwick were fast af when fleeing from me and it also helped my team capitalize on kills during team fights :3 thorn mail is great because its thorny x'D
