Do they condone smurfing? I feel like smurfing is kind of messed up in the sense that people go on low elo accounts just to destroy and feel good about them selves (Nightblue3)... I dont think people should necessarily be perma banned from the game for smurfing but i do want to know what riot actually thinks about smurfing.

We don’t endorse smurfing, but tackling it is a very difficult issue because of our player population size and the ease of account creation. We agree that smurfing can really ruin the game, such as when a smurf stomps lower-tier players. However; from past attempts we've learned that it's a real uphill battle to create powerful restrictions on alt-accounts without inadvertently affecting the majority of our players who don't smurf at all.

If they are trying to entertain viewers of their streams and provide content, they want to be playing the game rather than waiting in queue for 30+ minutes.
Considering streaming is often their primary source of income, it makes sense for them to try and retain viewers by having a higher percentage of their stream time be in-game.
