Let's have a chat about the team system

Ok so in what world is this team system viable? A team of bronze players matched against all silver and above isnt fair? On a daily basis I (silver 5) get matched with bronze and mid silver players yet i get put up against gold and plat players regularly. The balance for solo q is non existent its ridiculous. IF you as a company is marketing a competitive game then you owe the players a fair and balanced team system. Its not competitive if most games are a faceroll which they generally are. It gets quite irritating to have to battle the system on a daily basis in the hopes of finding a fun and balanced match.
