Some new season changes and blue essence

Hello, I read a little bit about the changes for the new season and I have a question. It was mentioned that the blue essence that we have will be multiplied by 6.5 and the upgrades and things in the store will cost 6.5 times more as well. However, getting our blue essence multiplied by 6.5 is not enough considering everything else will cost more. My question is: Will we also get IP/Blue Essence more than we do now or in bigger amounts? Because it seems unfair if things in the store will cost more than they do now but we keep receiving the same amount of IP/Blue Essence.

Also is it true that we will only get Blue Essence (which is currently IP) only by disenchanting champion shards? That seems very unfair considering how slow it would be. Leveling up for days just to get a champion shard of a very low amount of blue essence. Playing for days can earn you up to 10 000IP while from what I've read so far, if we do get blue essence (the new currency that will replace IP) only by disenchanting champion shards, then that's like playing for days to get 100ip. I hope I am mistaken and please explain how it works. I've checked all the articles and I need specific answers for these questions.
