Freakin AFKers

Is anybody else sick and tired of losing ranked 4v5s? Well I know that I am. I am trying my hardest not to use more profanity then words right now because I just got out of my second game in a row of having a freakin' AFK on my team. I don't know why Riot punishes the players the same way when we lose a 4v5 as when we lose a 5v5. Its like Riot is saying "screw you! This game is fair and you can win, if your good enough." Yeah this would be fine because sure, if I or anybody in the average elo was actually at challenger tier level then yeah they would probably be able to win that kind of BS. But unfortunately for most of us, the majority of League of Legends players are not quite there. You might be thinking to yourself "well yeah sure it sucks when people leave at any time in the game but what could Riot do to make that better?" Well the answer is an easy and simple one. GIVE THE FREAKIN' LOSS PREVENTED!!! I'm so tired of this BS, so please, if you are too, vote to make Riot MORE aware of this issue. You obviously care enough about this game to come onto the boards, and read through the Gameplay and Balance section XD. So please just raise the issue by voting. I realize that there might be other drawbacks to my solution so if u think of any please leave a comment so we can discuss.
