Could you guys possibly make it so that i can Ping my Ping so that if something stupid happens in a match I can explain to my team that my interwebs is going nuts and I can..yuh know...not make people think i'm lying about being a bad player?

Before: "Why are you just standing there? Report for trolling" After: "Don't play if your internet is bad"

I think something like this should be added in a update or something on league of legends but then everybody would be spamming that as an excuse and it would be annoying. Even if there was a ping to tell bad ping, nobody would believe you lol.

It is great for telling a teammate: don't count on me.

Or just display ping in the Tab menu.

So I lost a game awhile ago because of just this... My GF started up Netflix near the end of a ranked game and I got lagged out and caught in the jungle and my team immediately lost because of it.

I walked downstairs and told her with a straight face: "If you ever attempt to stream something while I'm playing league again, I'll drop kick you in the head through the living room window."

She punched me square in the nose and broke it.

Now I pay for much higher bandwidth and don't run into this problem anymore :D

######Edit: Apparently you guys can't take a joke. This never happened lol.

Honestly, this is a great idea! It allows others to know whether or not to fight and engage etc, and it also shows people who don't believe people are lagging that they actually are.

People spamming Facebook games, YouTube videos, downloading insanely huge files, and uploading photos/videos to websites via Bluetooth make me wish pinging my ping was a thing.

Especially when I get locked out from where the router is kept. >_<

Yo dawg, I head you like pings...

Honestly, while it sounds like a good idea, it wouldn't change anything. There's nothing you can do to fix it in-game, so telling the team that your ping is high is basically saying "I'm useless, here's why, good luck!" Of course, this is only for consistently high ping.

If it's just a spike, chances are it'll be over by the time you actually manage to tell your teammates about it.
