Congratulations my friend! If you get an S on Summoner's rift, then I'll be really impressed. (Just to let you know, twisted treeline is filled with bots so the games are generally a lot easier when compared to games on summoner's rift. Not all twisted treeline games are easier but from what you've said this seems to be one of those games.)

I am 99,9% convinced you were playing against at least 1 bot. At least Karma was one, if you ask me. Typical bot summoners (ghost and heal), she gave you first blood.... Just look at the stats. The game lasted 32 minutes and she just dealt 700 damage against champions in that whole game?
So yeah.... nice for you but tbh getting S ratings against bots is incredibly easy. xD
EDIT: Just saw, these 700 damage were all auto attacks. xD 100% convinced she was a bot now.
