I don't want to play blindpick anymore, or even draft because of this.

I don't want to sound annoying and I don't want to come off as a noob to this game because I enjoy it and want to get better, but I'm really not enjoying playing blind pick or draft when this happens constantly. My friends and I have been dealing this for a while now, and here's my proof if you need it.

You may say this is balanced out somehow, but I'm really starting to believe it's not and it's ruining our experiences in trying to play normals. We're all in the Silver division yet we go against Platinums and diamonds very often and I don't understand why. If there's a way to fix this, I'd appreciate it. And please don't say go play ranked, because it's not something I enjoy playing 24/7.
